coachingI offer phone or Zoom coaching in 45-minute sessions, two or four times a month. Coaching shifts your perspective from feeling frustrated to feeling empowered. It helps you identify your values, shines a light on motivations, and promotes action and sustainable solutions. Coaching helps you become the best version of yourself that you can imagine!
